Episode 1: Something Cruel Is About To Happen...real Soon
The 14th season kicks off by stranding 19 castaways on the Fiji Islands. Initially, all the castaways share a camp with plenty of supplies and amenities. On day three, the group is split into two tribes. The losing team must move to a different island where resources are scarce. The castaways also learn that an immunity idol is hidden at each tribal camp.
Episode 2: Snakes Are Misunderstood ... We Have An Understanding Now
Ravu suffers from hunger and dehydration. A face to face encounter with a deadly sea snake on Exile Island. A combined Immunity-Reward Challenge offers hope for food and fire.
Episode 3: This Isn't Survival ... It's Thrival
Moto's good fortune continues, including a wealth of food and they have even began painting their wooden floor. Earl returns from Exile Island smug about the whereabouts of the hidden immunity idol. Meanwhile, the Ravu tribe starts their first tribal fire. This weeks challenge includes a slide down a slippery course with a task of collecting numbered balls along the way and place them in a basket at the end of the course. Sylvia is sent into exile where she believes to have figured out the idols hiding place. In the Moto camp, Gary falls ill and needs a medic to check him out. The immunity challenge consists of a Fiji food eating contest complete with octopus tentacles, peanut worms and pig snouts.
Episode 4: Let's Just Call Jeff On The Jeff Phone
Moto is shaken up after first losing Gary to an injury and then an unexpected twist brings them to tribal council where the tribe gangs up on member and vote them off. Reward challenge begins with all members of a tribe standing on the same board above the water, with one member at a time passing by each of the other members to a platform at the end. A fall starts the process over. Yau-Man is sent into exile and believes he knows the idols whereabouts. Moto prepares a feast with the reward challenge prize. Immunity challenge consists of four members being locked in a cage in the water while another member swims in and opens the first cage door. Once opened they move on to each of the remaining cages. After all members are released they will meet up with a member aboard a boat. The boat will ride off to shore where another member will be and they must make a pyramid to reach a set of keys to unlock the last caged member. Once all members reach the assigned pad a winner is named. Jeff challenges them to pick either immunity or comfort.
Episode 5: Love Many, Trust Few, Do Wrong To None
Earl and Yau-Man join forces to dig for the immunity idol. The tribes are allowed to choose any two items from the catalog as their reward if they win the challenge. The Challenge begins with a Sumo-like contest using big pillows to knock an opponent off a platform. A power struggle in the Moto camp begins when tribe members can't figure out how to make coffee in an unfamiliar machine. The immunity challenge consists of the game of concentration. 30 boards with a number and word painted on it and one member at a time will bring back two boards. If the boards match then points are scored, if not they are placed back and the game moves on with another member.
Episode 6: I've Got Strength Now To Carry The Flag
It's time for the tribes to be reformed as all buffs were turned in, and new tribes were picked. The new Moto tribe now consists of Earl, Boo, Michelle, Cassandra, Yau-Man and Stacy. The new Ravu tribe consists exclusively of men: Edgardo, Mookie, Alex, Rocky, Dreamz and Anthony. Lisi, unpicked for a new tribe is sent into exile until the next council meeting convenes and a member is kicked out. Next was the choice of camps in which Edgardo pulls out the buff of their new team and the luxurious Moto campsite. Immunity challenge consists of all members needing to communicate in order to make their way through a series of poles fastened together and in which they are all belted to. They must slip the loop of the belts from one pole to another in order to make the way through the course.
Episode 7: An Evil Thought
While Earl convinces his tribe members to help him retrieve a beached boat, Yau finally locates the buried idol. Rewards challenge consists of all the members using a launcher to throw flame balls at a target. After all three targets are ablaze, a winner will be determined. The winning team will be flown by seaplane for a day of fun and games, along with a meal of hot dogs and beer. Having the idol safely in his possession, Yau begins to create a fake idol for others to find. Immunity challenge finds one member used as a guide to help the blindfolded tribe make their way out of a field and up to a pole with 5 skulls on it. The members must smash each skull and pick up the tiles that were hidden inside them. Once all the tiles are collected, the tribes must now put them back together like a jigsaw puzzle.
Episode 8: So You Think You Can Meke?
Mookie discovers the immunity idol after digging carefully as Dreamz and Lisi slept. Each tribe must learn a Meke, a traditional Fijian dance and perform it in front of real Fiji judges as a Reward challenge. Winners will receive a feast of chicken, pork and seafood while enjoying traditional Fijian entertainment. Tribe members must master three traditional weapons in the immunity challenge. The blowgun, spear and bow and arrow will all be shot by each member once at a target with the closest to the bullseye winning a point for their team.
Episode 9: Are We Gonna Live On Exile Island?!
The remaining tribe members will now all merge into one, the Moto camp. Frustration arises as Mookie tells Dreamz about the found idol, much to Edguardo's displeasure. The immunity challenge consists of the members being placed on two teams, then they must paddle a boat down a river, picking up puzzle pieces at three stations. Once all pieces are in possession the remaining two teammates must construct the puzzle of a tribal mask they had been shown earlier. The winning team members receives this week's immunity.
Episode 10: It's A Turtle?!
After a surprise vote off last week, trust has been lost between allies. This weeks rewards challenge starts with all the members answering questions in private to Jeff. While all together, the same questions are asked again but now the contestants must answer what they feel the other members had answered. Each correct answer is a chance to smash a member's tower with their name written on it. Once all their tower is smashed, they are eliminated. Winner will receive a barbecue dinner on a yacht and will select a member for Exile. Dreamz reveals Mookie's secret to Earl. At the Immunity challenge, each member must stand on a platform and can support themselves with only the palms of their hands against two walls. After awhile, each surviving member will step down to a smaller platform. On the third platform the use of their hands is no longer accepted. Anyone who falls off is eliminated until one member is left.
Episode 11: Blackmail Or Betrayal
Reward challenge begins with the tribal members being split into two teams. One member will stand in a field and catch mudballs in a basket that are thrown from their teammates. The first team to catch five balls wins a plane trip to a spa where they can shower and dine and sleep in a soft bed. After Earl and Mookie try to blackmail Yau-Man, he reveals all he has learned to the other members at the camp fire. The immunity challenge had the members choosing three squares from a grid. Each square is smashed eliminating a name. Once all the names but one are gone, the winner is announced.
Episode 12: A Smile, Velvet Gloves And A Dagger In My Pocket
Yau tries setting up and alliance to ensure himself making it to the final three. In the Rewards Challenge, each member must use only their teeth to pull hunks of pork off and place on a plate. The three with the most volume of meat win a river rafting trip and a luxurious meal, plus the winner will receive a special advantage in the next Immunity Challenge. Earl receives clues for another hidden idol. At the Immunity Challenge the Survivors must dig up three climbing steps that they will need to ascend a 12-foot pole and retrieve their flag.
Episode 13: I Wanna See If I Can Make A Deal
The Survivors will get a chance to win a new 2008 Ford Super Duty truck in the Rewards Challenge. This will start with the members being spit into groups of three and tied together, making their way over a series of see-saws, climbing a cargo net and landing in a sand pit. Next they will dig up a hatchet and chop the rope to release a box. The winners will drive the truck to a local Fijian school where they are to deliver the box as well as a trailer carrying a mobile school. After this is completed the winning team will eat a picnic lunch with the children. Their day will end with a hatchet throwing contest, with the winner receiving the new truck. A strange deal is made between the winner of the truck to ensure himself in the finals. In the Immunity Challenge the contestants must stand on a platform on the water and fling a rope up on a balance beam, pulling it down and crossing the water upon it. The first two to cross move on to the next round. In this round they again moved across two balance beams to a small perch. Balancing on this perch they must reach down with a grappling hook and snag a buoy. The first to raise his buoy up will be given immunity.
Episode 14: You've Got A Puzzled Look
Using an immunity idol keeps one Survivor alive, but anger ensues after finding out about a backstabbing plan that almost eliminated him. In the final Immunity Challenge the contestants will be blindfolded and given a medallion with a specific shape. They will next have to make their way through a five sections maze and search for shape that matches their medallion. This will lead them to a key. They will need to cross a drawbridge using their keys to unlock them. Once all five doors are opened they will be declared the winner. The final Immunity Challenge will declare the three finalists and one member sent to the jury. Each will lay on their backs across a wooden plank on an angle. They will have their hands above their heads holding a wooden handle. Water will drip on these handles making them slippery. Every five minutes Jeff will increase the angle, making the pain more intense. Losing your grip will eliminate you from the challenge and send them to the jury. The tribal council will vote off one final contestant, leaving the two finalists.
Episode 15: Survivor Fiji: Reunion Show
The winner of the $1,000,000 prize will be announced live at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City. The 19 Survivors reunite and rehash the game play throughout the past 39 days. Also, Jeff Probst will announce next season's choice of the area for Survivor 15.
