The series 19th edition finds a new batch of 20 castaways left stranded on the South Pacific island nation of Samoa. They are immediately split into two tribes: Galu and Foa Foa. Next, without a word spoken between each other they elect a chief who will be in charge of making all the tribes decisions. A tribal council will be held and the first person eliminated.

A game in the style of rugby gets out of hand with one player being ejected. One castaway will get the chance to have a meet and greet with the other team, but it does not go too well. Meanwhile, Russell L. continues to make life difficult for the Foa Foa tribe. Tribal council sees another player voted off the island.

One harmless member finds the tribe has turned against them after one clever lie. One tribe’s chief makes a controversial decision lands him in the crossfire back at camp.

One of the tribe members make a revelation which stuns the castaways. The game may change for one determined castaway, and Russell considers outing one of the allies.

As a new power player emerges, Russell tries to regain control of Foa Foa.

With a relentless rain storm battering the island, both tribes are forced to be creative in finding ways to weather the elements.

One castaway makes a secret deal and new friends with the opposing tribe as they visit their island.

The two tribes merge together and people scramble to avoid being the first one voted out at the upcoming tribal council....

A castaway kills a rat to provide food for her tribe....

Everyone is looking for the new hidden immunity idol to make sure Russell does not get it for the third time.

The former Foa Foa members start to wonder if they can trust Russell any longer.

The final six scramble to secure their place at the end with alliances shifting and loyalties questioned.

' The final five wakes up and gets tree mail telling them to prepare for the next immunity challenge. All of the former Foa Foa members are determined to beat Brett and vote him off. But after Brett wins immunity, one member of the former Foa Foa tribe will join the jury for the first time. Russell wants to keep Natalie around and approaches her to see who should go, either Jaison or Mick. After the first tribal council, the final four are Brett, Russell, Mick and Natalie. The next morning, Russell tells Brett that he would take Brett to the final three. After tree mail, the tribe remembers all their former tribe mates voted out before them and then participate in their final immunity challenge. When Russell wins the challenge, he contemplates if Brett really should be the one to go. When the last three tribe mates return to camp and enjoy a breakfast, Russell is feeling very confident that the jury will vote for him. That night, the three face the questions and comments from the jury before they vote for the winner.
